Daryl is a business leader with expertise in Legal, Compliance, and Risk management. His career spans government, law firm, and in-house roles.

Following graduation from Harvard Law School, Daryl joined the Central Intelligence Agency. He then spent more than eight years in the Compliance and Enforcement Practice Group of a leading law firm, working from its offices in Washington, DC and London. His in-house roles have included Head of International Compliance at a major medical device manufacturer and Head of U.S. Compliance for a global biopharmaceutical company.

Most recently, he has built a global Compliance Program “from scratch” for a Boston-area biotech that is principles-based, integrated with company culture, and scalable across functions, geographies, and therapeutic areas. As part of the program, he developed a groundbreaking data analytics framework that is the subject of a Harvard Business School case study. His training program was recognized as a “Best Advance in Compliance Training” by Human Capital Management Excellence Awards.
